Asha Collections ships across India through trusted courier partners. Every order is packed with care in Bhubaneswar so your handloom reaches you in perfect condition.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations, depending on the courier network.
Handloom pieces made to order (for example, custom blouse stitching) may need additional time — we'll confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Shipping Charges
A shipping charge of ₹149 applies per order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has been dispatched, including for exchanges and orders refused at delivery.

Delays & Exceptions
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals, or courier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll resolve it on priority.
